Adaptable healthcare buildings for a sector in transition. How can buildings be adapted to the rapidly changing needs of the healthcare sector? (Re)building hospital facilities has a huge impact on the environment. That is why the circular design strategy of adaptability is recommended. But what exactly does this entail, and how can we implement it in the design process? This is explained in the paper “Adaptability in healthcare buildings: a perspective through Joseph Bracops hospital”.
